Welcome to Nautical Moments Photography. By using this website and booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

This site and its content are provided to help you learn about and book our services. You agree to use it lawfully.

Bookings and sessions

Sessions are booked and governed by our separate photography services agreement, which you receive and sign at booking. In summary: a non refundable retainer reserves your date, the balance is due as set out in your agreement, and you must be 18 or older to book. Your signed agreement contains the full and controlling terms.

Your images and licensing

We retain ownership and copyright of all images we create. When you purchase images, you receive a personal use license to enjoy, print, and share your purchased images for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not use unpurchased images, and commercial use requires our written permission. Given the private nature of boudoir, we will not share your images publicly without your separate written consent.

Payments

Payments and any payment plans are processed by our third party providers. All product sales are final due to the custom nature of photography products.

Artistic release

Photography is a creative service. We use our artistic judgment, reflected in our portfolio. Differences in taste are not grounds for a refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your session or these terms will not exceed the total fees you paid us, and we are not liable for issues beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Kitsap County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date reflects the latest version.
